PAYMENT METHODS WE ACCEPT

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to LKR 20,000.
• Bank Transfers: Required for orders exceeding LKR 20,000. Instructions will be shared upon checkout.
• Credit Card: Through PayHere Payment gateway.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT CONDITIONS

1. Orders Above 40 KG:

   • Payment must be made via bank transfer regardless of the order total.
   • These orders are eligible for store pickup only from our physical store.

2. Processing Time for Bank Transfers:

   • Once payment is made, kindly send the transfer confirmation via email or WhatsApp for verification.
   • Orders will be processed after the payment is successfully verified.

3. Cash on Delivery Limitations:

   • Available only for orders below LKR 20,000 and within the delivery regions specified in our shipping policy.

4. Refunds and Cancellations:

   • Any refunds for orders paid via bank transfer will be processed back to the same bank account.
   • For COD orders, refunds will be processed back to the same bank account (Excluding shipping charges for both ways).

Note: If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our customer support team at the earliest. Please note that changes might not be possible after the order has been dispatched.
