REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Skyline Textiles is committed to providing the best shopping experience for our customers. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with returns, exchanges, or refunds in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
SECTION 1 - RETURN AND EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
We offer a 21-day return window for all textile materials purchased online or in-store, provided the items meet the following conditions:
Conditions for Return or Exchange:
- Items must be uncut and unused.
- Items must remain in their original packaging.
- Items with visible stains, marks, or damage will not be accepted.
- Custom-cut fabrics or pre-processed textiles are non-returnable.
- Fabric rolls exceeding 10 yards per design are only eligible for return if defective.
Note: Items discounted 15% or more are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
SECTION 2 - HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
For Online Purchases
- Contact our support team via contact details mentioned at the bottom of the page.
- Ship the items via our partnered courier service to:
Skyline Textiles (PVT) LTD., 305, Pamunuwa Road, Maharagama, Sri Lanka 10280. - You will receive a call from our team to request the necessary details for reimbursement.
Note: Returns are subject to approval and customers are responsible for covering the shipping charges to our store.
For In-Store Purchases
- Returns for purchases made at our Pamunuwa Store must be facilitated in-store or sent via courier service to the store (Customers are responsible for covering the shipping charges to our store).
Important: Returns for online orders cannot be processed at the physical store in Pamunuwa, Sri Lanka.
SECTION 3 - DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order includes any of the following:
- Damaged items.
- Incorrect items.
- Missing items.
You must report these issues within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at info@skylinetextiles.com or via +94-77-776-6890.
Our team will guide you through the resolution process, which may include sending a replacement or issuing store credit.
SECTION 4 - REFUNDS
Eligible returns will be processed as refunds, depending on the following conditions:
- Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected and approved.
- Refunds are processed only for defective items or errors caused by Skyline Textiles.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING TERMS FOR RETURNS
Colombo and Suburbs Orders
- Free shipping applies to orders over 10,000 LKR, weighing under 10kg.
- Orders exceeding 10kg are subject to an additional charge of 100 LKR per extra kilogram.
- Orders above 40kg must be picked up from our Flagship Store in Maharagama.
Outstation Orders
- Free shipping applies to orders over 10,000 LKR, weighing under 10kg.
- Orders exceeding 10kg are subject to an additional charge of 100 LKR per extra kilogram.
- Orders above 40kg must be picked up from our Flagship Store in Maharagama.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS FOR GIFT ITEMS
Exchanges for gift items can be processed under the following conditions:
- Only size or length alterations for the same fabric/design are allowed.
- The original purchaser’s information may be required for verification.
Note: Refunds are not provided for gift item returns.
SECTION 7 - OUT-OF-STOCK EXCHANGES
If the desired exchange item is unavailable, you will receive a discount coupon valid for 12 months use on other products.
Note: Contact customer support to request a coupon.
SECTION 8 - RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS
- Items discounted less than 15% are eligible for return or exchange within the standard 21-day return window.
- Items discounted 15% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
SECTION 9 - PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
- Orders paid via bank transfer or cash on delivery are eligible for exchanges and refunds.
- For In-Store Pickup, refunds are not available but exchanges are issued.
