SHIPPING POLICY FOR SKYLINE TEXTILES

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of products purchased from Skyline Textiles via our official website, www.skylinetextiles.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

SECTION 1 - DELIVERY COVERAGE

Skyline Textiles delivers across Sri Lanka, including Colombo and its suburbs, as well as outstation areas.

Colombo and Suburbs
Skyline Textiles offers delivery to the following postal codes in Colombo and its suburbs:
00000 - 19999.

Delivery to these areas is typically completed within 2–4 business days from dispatch, subject to order processing times and courier schedules.

Outstation Areas
Skyline Textiles extends delivery services to areas outside Colombo with the following postal codes:
20000 - 99999

Deliveries to these outstation areas may require 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the location and logistics partner schedules.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is finalized.

Colombo and Suburbs
First 1 kg: රු200.00
Each additional kg: රු100.00
Additional charges may apply for larger or heavier packages.

Outstation Areas
First 1 kg: රු350.00
Each additional kg: රු150.00
Additional charges may apply for larger or heavier packages.

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY TERMS

Dispatch Timeline
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Exceptions may apply during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high demand.
Orders placed on business days, excluding public holidays, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM will be processed on the same day.
Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Partner Responsibilities
Orders are dispatched through third-party logistics providers. While we partner with reliable carriers, Skyline Textiles is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

Delivery Attempts
In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, the relevant courier will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt. Additional charges may apply.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect their packages upon receipt. Any visible damage or discrepancies should be reported immediately to the delivery personnel and our customer support team.

SECTION 4 - RESTRICTED DELIVERY ZONES

Skyline Textiles currently does not deliver to areas outside Sri Lanka. If your postal code is not listed in Sections 1.1 or 1.2, delivery to your location may not be available.

SECTION 5 - CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including the recipient's name, address, and contact details.

Accessibility
Ensure that the delivery location is accessible to the courier. For gated premises or secured areas, you must make arrangements to allow entry for delivery purposes.

SECTION 6 - UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Reasons for Undeliverability
Orders may be deemed undeliverable for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery.
  • Refusal to accept the package.

Re-delivery Attempts
In the event of a failed delivery, our courier partner will attempt to contact you for a re-delivery arrangement. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery or redirection of the package.

SECTION 7 - LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

We reserve the right to decline shipping to certain areas that are deemed inaccessible or unsafe. In such cases, we will notify you and provide a full refund for any affected orders.

SECTION 8 - LIABILITY

Skyline Textiles assumes no liability for delays, loss, or damage to goods caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or third-party courier errors.

SECTION 9 - CHANGES TO THE POLICY

Skyline Textiles reserves the right to amend or modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Website, and your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
