If you\u2019re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with returns, exchanges, or refunds in accordance with the conditions outlined below.<\/p><h3><strong>SECTION 1 - RETURN AND EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY<\/strong><\/h3><p>We offer a <strong>21-day return window<\/strong> for all textile materials purchased online or in-store, provided the items meet the following conditions:<\/p><p><strong>Conditions for Return or Exchange:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Items must be uncut and unused.<\/li><li>Items must remain in their original packaging.<\/li><li>Items with visible stains, marks, or damage will not be accepted.<\/li><li>Custom-cut fabrics or pre-processed textiles are non-returnable.<\/li><li>Fabric rolls exceeding <strong>10 yards per design<\/strong> are only eligible for return if defective.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong><em>Note: <\/em><\/strong><em>Items discounted <strong>15% or more<\/strong> are <strong>final sale<\/strong> and are not eligible for return or exchange.<\/em><\/p><h3><strong>SECTION 2 - HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE<\/strong><\/h3><p><strong><u>For Online Purchases<\/u><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Contact our support team via contact details mentioned at the bottom of the page.<\/li><li>Ship the items via our partnered courier service to:<br \/><strong>Skyline Textiles (PVT) LTD., 305, Pamunuwa Road, Maharagama, Sri Lanka 10280.<\/strong><\/li><li>You will receive a call from our team to request the necessary details for reimbursement.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><em>Note:<\/em><\/strong><em> Returns are subject to approval and customers are responsible for covering the shipping charges to our store.<\/em><\/p><p><strong><u>For In-Store Purchases<\/u><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Returns for purchases made at our <strong>Pamunuwa Store<\/strong> must be facilitated in-store or sent via courier service to the store (Customers are responsible for covering the shipping charges to our store<em>)<\/em>.<\/li><\/ul><p><em>Important:<\/em> Returns for <strong>online orders<\/strong> cannot be processed at the physical store in Pamunuwa, Sri Lanka.<\/p><h3><strong>SECTION 3 -
